STUDIES AT THE RHYTHM OF WORK-STUDY

The training alternates theoretical teaching in the classroom and "field" experience in the heart of the production studios.
The 660 hours of classes per year are spread over 19 one-week sessions.

With this alternating study/work arrangement, students are able to approach the professional world with much more serenity and confidence.

Over the years, they gain experience in companies and naturally enter the industry at the end of their studies.

Work experience is mandatory to validate the passage to the next year or to obtain the diploma.

With the exception of the full-time years, each week of classes is followed by a work week. This efficient division of time encourages immersion and experience within the industry.

Students value the time spent outside of school by multiplying projects and professional experiences, in order to build, enrich and individualize their career paths and portfolios.

It is possible to complete the work-study program through internships, free-lance missions.

The Corporate Relations Department assists students in their professional project.
It transmits the best practices related to positioning in a company and ensures that they are properly assimilated through courses, workshops, personalized coaching and follow-up in the company.

The quality of the student's professional behavior is evaluated and gives rise to a socio-professional skills grade. This grade counts for the passage to the next year.

At the end of the training, students have acquired professional behavior and are autonomous in managing their careers.

During professional coaching days, the Corporate Relations team intervenes in class to assist students in their search for an internship or work-study program by addressing various topics ranging from the application process to salary negotiations and the legislation governing an internship, for example.

A day of professional coaching supervised by the teaching staff of each program is also dedicated to the creation of a portfolio.

In groups, students work on different themes: creating a CV, simulating job interviews or dealing with more general subjects such as "going to work abroad", for example.

Appointments are organized with the students in order to make individual assessments on the professional objectives and their realization.

Each work experience is followed up rigorously. Appointments are made with the student's tutor to ensure proper integration and the success of the missions entrusted.
